What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. all buddies in MSN appears to be online (green light), no matter they're
"busy" nor "away".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
with different colors indicating their status, say orange for away and red
for busy
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
