standalone version #3

web servers are good to provide access to these resources to researchers with 
reduced understanding of bioinformatics. For researches more versed in these 
issues a standalone version that enables automated scanning would be more 
desirable. Usually providing both is the best option. Are there any plans to 
provide such a tool?
