add tun settings (and system tun stack) #585

hello.

pls add some settings for tun mode like the clash for win (the picture below): image

now and by using gvisor tun stack, i can't play some game like cod mw2 or bfv i test it before in clash for win and i think this problem is because of gvisor tun stack, so for fix this problem pls add system tun stack!

thx you for you'r amazing work.

This is a good suggestion, it's too much trouble to change it manually
