Taskbar allows default-window borders #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the taskbar
2. press Ctrl+Shft+D

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: nothing, Instead: the taskbar changes shape to accommodate an 
invisible windows border, making it somewhat unusable until I press Ctrl+Shft+D 
again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
