Cannot load PAP from: [IV] Rivers in the Desert (Global) w music #217

I stumbled across this problem a bit ago when I tried to load the dance.pap from the mod "[IV] Rivers in the Desert (Global) w music". Reason was, that I wanted to remove an effect from it but both VFXEdit and VFXBeta refused to load it at all, XAT does load it though. Here are Error Outputs from VFXEdit/VFXBeta and what both show when trying to load the PAP.

Well, I managed to load the PAP with VFXBeta now. I loaded it up with XAT, inspected it and reverted the RGBA Values to 1, 1, 1, 1. Then saved it and the PAP loads a gain. Screenshot attached from XAT before I changed the values. image
