You can do this virtually using TMB settings.
In the Animation (C010) for that Path, i you check the time enabled box, and then change the duration to something much longer that the frame count, but keep the Start and End Frames consistent with what you see in the pap editor for that animation. ie. if a pap has 60 frames, setting the Duration to 120 with cause the motion to be slowed down by half.
If you want to actually do this, its easy with the 3DS Max pipeline (im not sure about blender). you can just select keyframes and crunch or extend their frame count to speed up or slowdown the animation.
Been fiddling around with the length/time/duration parameters in the .pap editor, trying to slow down the animation for the VieraF Forward Walk Cycle and I just can't seem to figure it out. I couldn't find anything in the wiki regarding altering the speed of a .pap animation. Would I have to export the animation and slow it down in blender and import it again? Surely not, right?
