Helicopters / cars spawning wrong. #1

So I was wondering if anyone could help me solve a few issues where when people build their heli / car pads on roofs of their bases or off the ground the helicopter / car spawns like 20ft above the place it should spawn, also I was wondering if it is possible to make it so that you have 2 separate spawnpads one for cars one for heli /planes?

This is because of Base Arma 2 code and the way Heli Pads are brought in. They were never intended to be placed elevated off of the ground and to be quite frank, fixing that would require way too much coding.
