Iv added the skeleton landing page with all the required buttons and search bars (they do not work yet) Iv also removed the previous login functionality that was there (will re-add it so it works with the button)

Just a rework of the skeleton martin made. Feel free to also suggest possible changes.

Changes:

Made the page more responsive to smaller screens
Use Bootstrap

Need to fix:

Add UWA image (Add svg version of UWA image)
Footer sometimes gets stuck on smaller screens
Increase navigation cards
