Helpful info that needs to make its way into the README:

• [x] AGORIC_NET=devnet flag for agops cli to specify chain (versus --chain-id and --rpc flags used in agd)
• [x] Verify bundle deployment with agd --node $NODE query vstorage children swingStore.bundle (successful tx !== successful deploy)
• [ ] note about cost to deploy bundles

0.02 IST/kb is the rough approximation that sticks in my head.

it's a product of DefaultBeansPerStorageByte https://github.com/Agoric/agoric-sdk/blob/ac9f916a844f06db1c43e9cc69a948d9c3528a4e/golang/cosmos/x/swingset/types/default-params.go#L51

and price per beans, somewhere also in that file, I think. Gotta run.

The linked document states that DefaultBeansPerStorageByte, is $0.002.

• is this definitely per byte, and not per kilobyte?
• does column E, $9.9k, seem like the correct numbers?
• should i be using the size of the entire json file, or maybe just the value of the endoZipBase64 key? (seems immaterial, either way?)

If the answer to these is yes, I will include in the docs. The numbers are on the high end so I'd like to confirm first.
