Test the user login and access control enforcement mechanism

Test #15 and #17. Provide a description for how user login and access control enforcement mechanism were tested in the report.

The password verification functions in problem4b.py and the access control enforcement mechanism in problem4c.py require testing. The tests shall be written using Python unittest library.

In problem4b.py, the following classes and functions shall be tested:

• verify_password
• login_user

In problem4c.py, the following classes and functions shall be tested:

• enforce_access_control

All tests for this issue shall be written to a file named problem4d.py

Provide a description for how the user login and access control enforcement mechanism functions were tested in the README.
