Running initial scaffolding creates a TODO file of things that still need to be created/fixed. These tasks should be created as GitHub issues in the project - whether as a single checklist task, or individual tasks. This would also be useful for nudging bigger Engineering/project practice (e.g. set up monitoring & alerting).
Issues should include a link to some kind of explanation of each task.
To make this even better: Assign tasks on creation to the appropriate team member. This obviously raises the possibility of configuring key roles in the project.
