As a system admin/dev support, I'd like to update the per diem rates more than once a month and make them accessible to travelers.

OKRs Improve the technology infrastructure for DTMO.

Improve the content management and editorial workflow for DTMO.

All work on this has been deprioritized as MiB will be taking the lead on the backend system.
