As a project lead I want to know the critical documents/content used to advise travelers curious about constructed travel in order to build out a prototype with that content and test it within the context of a DTMO prototype.

Overviewed in the above doc were the following sections: • What is "Constructed travel" simple explanation (page 1) • What are the situational/policy-level considerations (page 1-2) • What form do I need and how do I do it in DTS (page 3+) • Scenarios as examples (page 6-7)

Used as a prototype use case, but shifting to General Booking as a better use case for Handbook design / implementation.
