How hard is this? Is it feasible to incorporate this functionality into the product?

[ ] What tools are out there?
[ ] What requirements are we able to check in an automated way?
[ ] How hard is it to scan an 18F GH repo using these tools?
[ ] Can we scan an arbitrary publicly visible website?
[ ] What limitations will we have to work with?
