Migrated to the new csproj structure and updated all dependencies #15

(don't have all the accounts, so I couldn't test all the providers, please try before merge/push on nuget)

Thank you very much for this. I actually had already completed most of the work on converting to csproj in the csproj branch. I just finished the changes and updated all the tests, so I will close this PR, as its no longer needed.

Have you also updated the dependencies? Right now for Azure you are using the version 8.2.1 of the storage, but the latest one is 9.1.1 that is a major

You're correct. I had started the work late last year and didn't notice Microsoft had rolled another major version. I just updated Azure.Storage to the latest version and pushed another update to our lib (2.5.0).
