Context

From time-to-time we need to showcase what 2i2c managed hubs can do. Having a set of notebooks that "show-off" functionality would be a valuable resource for people across @2i2c-org/2i2c-team .

[ ] Crowdsource some workflows that should be turned into examples [ ] Choose a Hub that these will intended primarily to run on [ ] Set up CI/CD to verify notebooks are executing without failure

At the CZI meeting next week, @choldgraf has been asked to "demo" what 2i2c are capable of. This issue will track progress towards that short-term goal but will continue until a more complete set of demos have been created.

Suggestion from content session w/ @jmunroe :

Use one of the big cloud-enabled hubs (e.g. Pangeo)
Show off some cool infrastructure by 2i2c in the cloud, underlying tech is developed by the community and that is the point
@jmunroe will link to a notebook that shows off some interesting stuff
