gltf-audit.json is an artifact that describes a library of 3d assets

whereas gltf-audit.mjs is a function that performs an audit and (optionally) writes some information to a file such as gltf-audit.json

instead, we could call this library.json (might be confusing as it also relates to third-party software libraries)
catalog.json -- this seems like a great name
