link on 2024 page doesn't work #33

Investigated link and it works on 3design.github.io/gbc however it doesn't work on globalbrainconsortium.org

I'm adding a target="_blank'" to see if it fixes the issue

The target fixed the issue for now. We can address this again when the meeting is over.
