for the 2024 breakspear talk: just after the GBC conference has gone,

[x] change present tense to past tense
[x] change "Register to attend" button link to the generic button link we use for youtube, it point to the GBC channel (where the video will eventually be uploaded)

seems fixed. if it's not up on youtube before end of week we may need more changes here
