"Save all JSON" - pretty indentation

When downloading just one JSON, we get a pretty-printed, i.e. well indented JSON file. With the "Save all JSON" option, everything is in one line.

Suggestion:

Save the selected trees with the same indentation than the JSON for the single tree.
