Windows support #2

I tried briefly to get WSL working and was unable to but will keep trying. A windows build is needed for x86 (and ARM if it would be different.)

Rokid Max is working with windows 11, x86. Waiting for confirmation about Xreal and other architectures if needed

don't see a difference so far, the change primarily affect XReal Light.

On Air the problem appears on IMU only, the main device can be read correctly
