Description

Issue regarding django-web-app local setup

This is a NOTE for contributors those who are working on project. Many of you reported issues while setting the project locally on your respective devices.

So I have updated the readme for it . Just your need to Ctrl+C , Ctrl+V commands.

Warning : Ensure to undo development changes done in cogniguard project (settings.py & urls.py) before pushing the code for vercel production.

Report me here if you found any issues.

@crazyshrut this issue was created to pin the project setup guidelines, not for contribution. if you wan to work create a fresh issue with details , what you'll be adding.
