Performance

We use web.dev to measure various pages. We emphasize accessibility, performance, and best practices (in that order). Our goal is 90 percent or higher for all four metrics.

We use the Creative Commons license chooser to generate the license links and icons. This HTML needs to be updated to pass web.dev recommendations.
