I don't have any issue .. But the part you mention in your link doesn't looks like teh part in your image.
The object that I am using is the Lantern_Case_lid_16.stl that has been inverted for the purpose of embossing the top of the lid. I downloaded the object you referenced above. It went directly to 3D Builder and I saved it as a 3mf. I sent it to Cura and applied the TabsPlus with this result: [image: CE3PRO_Lantern_Case_lid_32 - Ultimaker Cura.png]
As you can see, the tabs are on the right hand side.
I deleted this object and without changing any settings, I opened a new file and applied the TabsPlus with this result: [image: CE3PRO_Butterfly_Panel_1 - Ultimaker Cura.png]
I am confused and perplexed. What could I be doing wrong?
Thanks again. JWP

3MF file can keep sometimes a transformation (scale and rotation) and when you apply the tab creation on this model you keep also this original orientation and Scale.
Solution : Export the model as STL and import back
Use the Mesh Tools plugin and the function "Apply transformations to the mesh" to reset the actual transformation.
I tried what you suggested , and it worked perfectly. Thank you for your help. It's always satisfying to learn something new. I started using these tabs when I had a print that was a frame with a small object in the middle, even though I tried a brim, with "outside only" checked, the brim extended into the center section. Using tabs, I was able to place them where they were needed. Great plugin, thanks again.

Using TabsPlus on Cura 5.2.1, Printer is Ender 3 V2 &Pro. Very good plugin, BTW. I have used the plugin with great success for many objects (see attached photo). I have run into a problem using this plugin with a particular type object. It is a rectangular cover and box, the original file came from, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5182770. After loading the object, and I click on "Automatic Addition", the discs are placed outside of the slicing area are approximately 455 mm in diameter. Photot attached: Thank you. JWP
