To download the missing file, If you follow the above solutions still wrong, then I am sorry only use css files.

If using a local node-sass package fails for you, you can install node-sass globally and enable the useGlobalSass option to be able to use .sass files once again.

Take into consideration that this approach will use the same node-sass version for all your projects.

To install node-sass globally follow this step:

$ npm install -g node-sass

Example

Given the following CSS:

/* styles.scss */
$colour-base: #656656;
.container {
    flex: 1;
    padding: 0 0.1vmax;
    margin: 0 0.2vmin;
    align-items: center;
}
.description {
    width: "-.5vw";
    height: 50vh;
    font-size: 18;
    font-family: ProximaNova-Semibold;
    text-align: center;
    color: $colour-base;
    writing-direction: auto;
    text-shadow-offset: "JS({width: 0, height: 0})";
    letter-spacing: .7px;

// styles.js
import React, {StyleSheet, Dimensions, PixelRatio} from "react-native";
const {width, height, scale} = Dimensions.get("window"),
    vw = width / 100,
    vh = height / 100,
    vmin = Math.min(vw, vh),
    vmax = Math.max(vw, vh);

export default StyleSheet.create({
    "container": {
        "flex": 1,
        "paddingTop": 0,
        "paddingRight": 0.1 * vmax,
        "paddingBottom": 0,
        "paddingLeft": 0.1 * vmax,
        "marginTop": 0,
        "marginRight": 0.2 * vmin,
        "marginBottom": 0,
        "marginLeft": 0.2 * vmin,
        "alignItems": "center"
    },
    "description": {
        "width": -.5 * vw,
        "height": 50 * vh,
        "fontSize": 18,
        "fontFamily": "ProximaNova-Semibold",
        "textAlign": "center",
        "color": "#656656",
        "writingDirection": "auto",
        "textShadowOffset": {width: 0, height: 0},
        "letterSpacing": 0.7,
        "marginTop": -20,
        "fontWeight": "700"
    },
    "img": {
        "marginTop": 0,
        "marginRight": 1,
        "marginBottom": 2,
        "marginLeft": 3,
        "resizeMode": React.Image.resizeMode.cover
    }
});
