I want to use DNScrypt proxy. Unless I allow all root apps to connect the service never reaches any resolvers. But I don't want to allow all root apps. Is there another way?

I changed the resolver in /system/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.conf to ovpnse and rebooted the phone but it's still seems to be using random servers each time.

Validate the DNSSEC entries of the domains specified by --resolver-check.
Also an option to only use dnssec aware servers.
