When you run `make setup`, it creates `./venv-cocotb/` -- As is the case for `/venv`, I believe `/venv-cocotb` should also be in `.gitignore`. Or am I mistaken?

Thanks a lot for the kit. It is very easy to go. It will be better to add a .gitignore file which contains node_modules. I can open a PR in a day.
