nvidia-smi can see the gpus, but gminer cannot detect device and shows "No device found".

I'm testing gminer 2.65 with 21.8.1 latest drivers supporting newest Navi 23 (RX6600). So far looks good except that cvddc seems does not work and I can't downvolt in comparison with phoenix miner.
