Currently tootle calls a web browser for playing a video, which is very overkill.
I don’t know if GTK got a video widget (as Qt or KDE does), but it would be nice if it could at least be configurable…

Tabbing seems to skip by this element in general and even after using it with mouse doesn't seem to be functional with keyboard
 using Vala 0.40.15 spits out some errors. `master` works fine after removing build rules for `libappstream-4` stuff that we simply don't use here.
