Thumbnail Settings 的 size这一项，原本设置的normal，每次开ehunter后都会被变更成auto，然后就从大略缩图变为小略缩图了。
但是e-hentai就没有这个问题，e的large相当于ex的normal，e的normal相当于ex的small，不知道是不是这个导致的。
