Hello,
(I believe) there exist highly parallel marching cubes implementations, some of which may utilize the GPU.
Is this something that's feasible to integrate with ImplicitCAD?

I'm new to SDF modeling and can't see any easy way to make chamfers or alike using ImplicitCAD. Anyone would help?

These two should be equal, but internally when sampled at `(V2 (-1) 0)`
the sign of the SDF differs yet they both get rendered correctly.
```haskell
let funPoly = polygon [V2 0 0, V2 0 (-0.1), V2…
I'm not sure if this is possible, but it is certainly in the spirit of ImplicitCAD, so I would like to know if anyone knows how to do it. A Haskell answer is just as good as an extopenscad answer.
