I need to evaluate many odes without knowing whether it is stiff or non-stiff. I guess LSODA could best suite such problems. But there is not a good implementation in C++.

This can be reproduced with
```julia
ode = ODEProblem(((du, u, ::Any, t) -> @. du = -u), ones(201), (0.0, 1.0))
sol = solve(ode; callback=PositiveDomain(), alg_hints=[:stiff])
### 1. The Function explore_data() plots the individual time series for each variable, we can clearly see some seasonality and could stationarized the data and plot the modified time-series. ( either …
There are convergence issues when the ODE is very stiff. Need to do research and try out ideas
There are currently no in-place implementations for lu factorization and ldiv when using mutable matrices/vectors (MMatrix and MVector). This currently causes errors when using a stiff ODE solvers wi…
Brilliant project! So, do you have a clear answer now? I'm using RNN to predict continuous time series on tensorflow. The desired ouput of squared waves is more precisely imitated by MATLAB rather tha…
