### Description
MySQL表中的数据在命令行查询乱码，在查询之前需要执行`set character_set_results=latin1;`然后执行查询语句，这时中文显示正常。在Navicat执行set后查询数据也是正常，但是在dbeaver执行set之后再次查询换了一个其他的乱码。
