I've just tried this as a free, open-source alternative to Operator Mono, and so far I'm slightly disappointed with the cursive font, but it's an easy fix:
The characters are U+03B8 `θ` U+03B2 `β` → U+03D1 `ϑ` U+03D0 `ϐ`.
