若使用者手動執行解除安裝程式，但是因為檔案使用中並未成功，NSIS 會安排在下次開機時刪除 (/REBOOTOK 選項的作用)。
但如果使用者還沒重開機，就強制執行了安裝程式，可能會發生安裝成功 (dll md5 一樣不用替換)，但是下次開機時，後來已正確安裝的檔案，卻遭到先前 NSIS 解安裝時排程的刪除操作，而遭到刪除，導致無法…
