掲示板サービスのテーブルを作成しましたので
PHPを使ってまずはデータのINSERTをしましょう。
コメントの入力画面(フォーム)を作って
フォームから送信した値をPHPでデータベースにINSERTします。
そして、入れたデータを一覧表で見れるような画面を別に作成します。こちらでSELECTを使います。
