其实就是设计一套快捷键，然后插入设定好的文本功能。我使用时主要是外部文档模式，用于记读书笔记，希望每一段都能够留个时间戳，如果按一个快捷键，比如CMD+OPTION+T就能插个当时时间的话会比较方便。
这个功能完全可以扩展为其它设定好的格式文本。
