1.停手qt偶尔会变成真停手，触发条件未知，没办法稳定复现
因为输出原因经常停手，发现会出现无论是开关，都不会打的情况。目前体感就是在时间轴的技能释放之前关闭/开启停手会导致无论开关停手qt都完全不打
