It would be great if I could set the night mode start and end time for any time, not just whole hours (minutes also). I feel like 8 pm is too early but 9 pm is too late for me.

Some devices will try to enforce OS specific theme requirements into browsed websites. As long as we do not have a specific theme for dark mode, explicitely disable this behavior.
