Charts re-render unnecessarily
- when filter menu is opened, but no filter is yet apllied
- when logging in, data renders twice
- when apllying filters, data re-renders few times, instead of one

**Describe the bug**
Boxplot fails to render. Tabular output is generated, but no graphic. Either in Galaxy or when downloaded ("blank png").
