If you're going with GPLv3, why not go a little further and use the Affero GPL? This protects against SaaS, which is a context I'd imagine feedbase being used in.

LICENSE says GPLv3+. Header of the .c file says LGPLv3+. Could you please clarify which one it is before we can move it to upstream GEGL? :)
Hint: upstream GEGL ops are LGPLv3+ :)
