目前作業與考試並沒有明確的分界，實作上是用是否有設定 IP filter 來區分，然而這件事情並不合理。
具體來說考試跟作業會影響到的是同學讀取 submission 還有題目的權限，在考試時間內，他應該只能讀到考試的題目還有考試期間繳交的 submission。
而關於 IP 等限制應當要另外處理，不跟考試混為一談。
目前想到一種可能的實作方式，是幫考試設定密碼，當同學輸入成功輸入正確的密碼時…
