If the pool the user is mining in uses slash for worker name, it won't work for ethermine.
It makes an error when connecting: "Server error for DevFee: Invalid user provided"

Trying to figure out the code, is the donate fee a % of DevFee?
It seems to only switch to donate on login which only changes when the miner program switches to dev fee mode.
