The HTTPWG has been working on https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-message-signatures, and it's probably sufficient to replace our local `Signature` header definition.

The code defaults to http protocol. IMO the default in 2020 should be https.

OkHttp has a much nicer API, and the Apache Http library seems deprecated.
