Should be g++/gcc compliant. Make sure code compiles with linux/uses packages on the system to do so rather than always recompiling git-submodules.

When using `ARVRController` nodes and parenting a mesh to it, I can see an offset between where Godot thinks the controller are versus what SteamVR shows when displaying overlays…

I tried it on rec room and it was mad about changing the openvr_api.dll too. Idk if this can be fixed or if its just the way it is.

As the title says, the game fails to boot on my system using the FSR-Enabled openvr_api.dll file, claiming it failed to initialize VR space. RenderScale set to 0.59, all other settings as default.
