这个问题其实很早就有了，但之前都可以手工操作绕过去，看到另一个人也有类似的问题，我还是提出来好了。
具体表现为，导入我的config文件之后，不启用任何第三方规则集是可以成功启动clash的。
一旦我添加了任何一种第三方规则集，例如让hulu规则集走一个名为US的proxy group，最后clash就会启动失败。
