The service should not append # or /.
It should be, for example, $PREFIX+"offset_0_4690" , so the # or / should be in the PREFIX

Presently the Spotlight Service returns only a single result (URI) when trying to resolve a result. This can be extended to return multiple entities and code needs to be refactored appropriately.
