考虑到当前的复制粘贴只能在同一文件内进行，而有一些标注任务部分图片之间存在相同的掩膜，如果增加跨文件复制粘贴的功能，将不需要对重复的掩膜再次标注。
这样不仅可以免除重复标注产生的额外工作量，也能有效避免两次标注不一致而引发的标注歧义的问题。
