A lot of the cpp files are linking to this header file, but it's not in the src directory. Could it have been removed by accident?

Hi, on Linux (at least Arch Linux, with gcc 4.9.2), the `src/globals.h` needs to include `` before including the curses library, otherwise NULL is not recognized.
