整套部署完先随便搜了个最近的电视剧`墨雨云间`，英文是`The Double`，结果死活搜索不到（添加了52BT在prowlarr可以搜到）,一度怀疑人生，慢慢熟悉排查后才发现是jproxy搜索时处理的问题，透传给sonarr的标题只剩`Double`，导致匹配太多无关数据淹没了需要的剧集，看了下源码，目前好像没有办法修改对冠词的处理
